    BookSpring, an established nonprofit organization located in Central Texas, is seeking two important full time team members.  Our mission is to build early literacy in children and families through healthcare, education, and the community. Working through people that families trust, we distribute books to children 12 and under and promote reading aloud together at home. 

    Impact Coordinator:
    This full-time professional position will coordinate the data management and impact reporting for a statewide early childhood literacy program through implementation, communication, and book supply management. You will deploy diverse, high quality children's books through vendors and in house inventory and maintain engaging literacy-oriented activities online and process deliveries direct to families. Working hybrid with a team of 10 full-time staff members in our new headquarters in South Austin, you will enrich thousands of low-income families across the state of Texas with access to free books and helpful reading videos, reminders, and other resources.     Community Coordinator:
    This full-time professional position will coordinate outreach events and interactions with parent and caregiver focused early childhood literacy programs. To complement the distribution of diverse, high quality children's books, you will coordinate special events, story times and read alouds in person and online direct to families with young children. You will use online and in person methods to engage families in reading activities.
