This series, “Frontline Fundamentals: Enhancing Customer Service Skills” aims to equip library workers with essential skills to effectively serve their communities and thrive in their roles. Registration is open until October 7th. Each webinar is 90 minutes, with 60-minute presentation and 30 minutes of practice.

This session will focus on developing cultural competence and organizational skills, emphasizing the importance of diversity awareness, inclusivity, and attention to detail in providing exceptional library services.
