This series, “Frontline Fundamentals: Enhancing Customer Service Skills” aims to equip library workers with essential skills to effectively serve their communities and thrive in their roles. Registration is open until October 7th. Each webinar is 90 minutes, with 60-minute presentation and 30 minutes of practice.

This session will address problem-solving strategies and the importance of flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic library environment. Participants will learn techniques for handling challenging situations and ensuring the library continues to meet the evolving needs of its community.
