This series, “Frontline Fundamentals: Enhancing Customer Service Skills” aims to equip library workers with essential skills to effectively serve their communities and thrive in their roles. Registration is open until October 7th. Each webinar is 90 minutes, with 60-minute presentation and 30 minutes of practice.
Library workers will learn to enhance their own information literacy skills and teach these skills to patrons. Topics will include locating, evaluating, and using information effectively, as well as developing technology proficiency and upholding professionalism and ethical standards.
